I am not a guru.

I am not someone who has everything figured out.

 

I am someone who has been blessed to live intense highs, profound lows, and an abundance of the mundane, which is never mundane but highly nuanced and requires great endurance and wisdom.

 

And I’ve lived it all with my eyes wide open, immersed in my experiences and learning from them.

 

I’ve been studying, applying and refining personal development frameworks and tools for almost forty years, on my own and in collaboration with friends, teachers, and coaches.

 

I bring this lived experience and education to my coaching plus warmth, wisdom and a deep desire to support individuals on their journey to align with their values and pursue excellence and contribution.  

 

I believe in life coaching because life coaching has transformed my life, and I have seen it transform other people.

 

Life coaching helps us see what we cannot see on our own.

It supports us in drawing forth the best of ourselves more and more consistently.

 

And it helps us see, when we are down, that we have not fallen but are engaged in a valiant struggle that will catapult us to new heights.

 

The coaching process is both uplifting and demanding. It requires authenticity, a willingness to face the raw parts of ourselves, and a dedication to ourselves and to the work. Self-acceptance, forward movement, and genuine joy are the rewards for active participation in the process.
