Can Life Coaching help you?

You want to lead, create and achieve without pushing past your physical limits.

You want to show up as a loving, steady presence for family and friends, but your habits aren't supporting your intentions.

You are navigating a transition, midlife or a new diagnosis, and need a map, not a pep talk.

Life coaching helps you show up consistently as the person you want to be, in your energy, work, and relationships.

FAQs

Q: I’m currently in a health flare-up. Is this a good time for coaching?

A: Absolutely. We adapt to your capacity in real-time. That is the essence of mastery.

Q: Is this just another mindset program?

A: No. Mindset is only part of the puzzle. We work with your nervous system and your daily structure to ensure the change is holistic.

Q: Do you work with neurodiverse individuals?

A: Yes. I have experience working with people who identify as neurodiverse, and this work naturally adapts to different ways of sensing, processing, and engaging with the world. We move at your pace, honor your capacity, and shape the work around what supports clarity, regulation, and agency for you.

Q: What is the time commitment?

A: We meet weekly for 12 weeks, with each session lasting approximately an hour. The work between sessions is practical and personalized—designed to fit into your life, not take it over.

Q: What if I’m not sure this is the right fit?
A: That’s exactly why your first experience is guaranteed. If you don’t feel more at ease, clearer, or aligned after your first session, lesson, or workshop, we’ll adjust or part ways with no obligation.

I’ve known many coaches during my career, both as a high-performance coach and a business executive. And I must say that Debra Goldman is the best coach I've ever worked with.

She is a keen questioner, an insightful observer, and a person filled with integrity. In my opinion, coaches are “paid to push” their clients, and that’s exactly how my relationship with Debra has been.
